The Sunday BJJ open mat at MyGym/Bristol Sports Centre (head up the stairs to the Studio), starting at 12:00 and running through until 14:00.
Sessions are in the gi, but if you don’t have a gi yet, t-shirt and joggers/shorts are ok for the short term.
Everyone is welcome, whatever your experience level!
